1. How can I get the samples?

If the sample value is less than USD5.00 and you have effective express account No. such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, you just advise us it and your detailed delivery address and phone number. We will use it to send the samples to you by freight collect.

If you don’t have any account No., you can remit the freight charge to us, and we will send the samples to you as soon as we received your payment for the freight and sample fee.

2. How about the shipment and freight?

We will handle with the shipment for you. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

For small quantity or weight less than 100 kgs, sent usually by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
For other orders, can be sent by air/sea according to client's advice.

Your container order will be shipped from port of HongKong.

3. About MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on different products. It is more flexible for the long-term customers

4. About Lead time:
Sample order: 7-15 days
Mass order: 20-30 days

5. Payment Terms:
30% deposit after order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment.
Paypal for small amount.
T/T or Western Union for big amount.

6. Do you accept OEM projects?
Yes, OEM projects are welcome

7. Working Time: (Beijing time)
8: 00am to 12: 00am, 1: 30pm to 5: 30pm ( From Monday to Friday)
9: 00am to 1:00 pm (every Saturday)
